"I allowed this flower to flow in pencil, developing its motion through the subtle asymmetrical differences of the pedals. I incorporated an extra weave more than normal on this flower (look were the 45 degree pedals meet in the center) and it inspired me to revisit the Celtic style knots that occupied me for hours during boring high school classes. The last thing to be added were the lines that vanish to the central point creating extra depth and motion."

"My father gave me a set of colored ink pens that inspired me to channel energy into a chromatic series of fepic flowers. These will we be basic mixed media comprised of pencil, ink, and watercolor. I often start these with an loose stream of consciousness style water color usually around a central point. After the watercolor has dried, a freehand flower will take form first in pencil before ink. I have been playing with two styles of fepic flower; the Original style that has pointed pedals & the Version Two Style that has round pedals."

"The theme of the numbers expressed as polygons or starts entered my life in late 2013 and has become a mainstay of my own Art therapy as well as compositions like this. This pieces is driven by the concept of the circle being divided by the numbers one through eight. The math for the different angles of the polygons and stars climbs along with the scale of the circle being divided. After the seven pointed star, I choose to express eight as a fepic flower to illustrated the potential to bloom when there is a firm understanding of number and geometry."

"A road sign of my return to creating fine art with intent and focus. This piece began as a loose pencil drawing and as I developed it in ink, I realized I was constricting and trying to be very precise. Rather than making broad strokes to counter that feeling, I allowed it to define the composition, creating a tension and texture in the edges of the flower and bring the tips of the pedals to sharp points. I experimented with several wash techniques without getting too adventurous with mixing colors."

"This flower started organically meaning free hand with pencil. After the central flower had a basic shape, the energetic accents of the circle and triangle felt balanced in descending triplets. I often illustrated polarity/gender/duality through line and curve. The triangle represents the line, linear, male, waking aspect while the circle embodies the curve, round, female, astral aspect. This another effort of mine to stay simple, allowing the elements of the composition the space to express energy."

I used the outer edges of the guides not used in the composition to create the energetic movements encircling the flower. An inhabitant of Earth since 1987, CBO was raised in Charlotte, N.C., childhood years 1-7 before his family
relocated to Richmond, VA. Thanks to his parents Cynthia & Gray Oliver, CBO was given ample outlets of expression at an early age as one of four children. From his early work redrawing comic books, designing logos and packages, to most recently designing surfboards and Fepic creations, CBO applies an ambidextrous approach and unique perspective to every opportunity he is blessed to be given.

The winds have blown me to new horizons and I find myself once again living near the ocean. I have traded the Pacific for the Atlantic and I am thrilled to be building a life down east in the Southern Outer Banks. This foundation has provided me with the opportunity to release new Fepic apparel which I have been cooking on for years and years. As America and the world moves through new phases I am reminded to keep the hope alive, create the life you seek, and to make fepic every chance you get.

Quite a bit of living since my last entry as social media has absorbed my content creation over that last few years. I finally got around to updating the recent creations gallery on the Function page. Per usual, I have tons of plans for art that I would like to share if I can align the energy to bring it about. The return of the Sun for my 31st year finds me in Denver, Colorado, working at cabinet shop drafting CAD and operating CNC. I am living with my blood brothers and We are playing music, creating, and living! I am extremely excited to debut some Art and Creations and continue to share the many gifts I've been given. I am thrilled to push my creative output this year and bring vision into reality, thank you for existing.

Been Busy! Richmond treated me well and I was able to create and make progress on several different projects. I arrived back on Kauai Nov. 13th, 2015 and having just passed a year since my arrival, I can say things in Kauai have been going so fepic! Been living at Stellar Gardens, which is an Art project and Event space based in Permaculture. Lately have been refocusing on creation via art, music, and action: The world events of 2016 have inspired me to go for my most ambitious projects with a renewed vigor.
The wild ride of life continues with checks that continuously test my balance and intention. Finding myself having to consistently remind myself of my principles (everything is energy) and practices (choose to create balance). The workings of energy are being uncovered on Earth and it's not pretty: The banking/oil monopoly domination is being exposed for what it is, economic slavery. Undoubtedly, We are in unique space and have a great deal of opportunity to guide and influence the outcomes of our lives by using our most powerful weapon: Our Choice.

Wow. I am currently in RVa after a breath taking trip to Hawai'i last year that landed me back in the States Feb18th. I traveled the Southeast for several months this spring while being based out of Asheville, N.C., before returning to my hometown of Richmond in mid June. I brought the first Ambii back from Hawai'i and have been testing it in a variety of conditions. Inspired to improve on the design, I am planning other versions and production opportunities. I am reconnected to the grid after a powerful reconnection to spirit while traveling the Hawai'i islands. Attempting to bring dreams into reality <|>

Year (II) Two, April Seventeenth. This year has already proven to be charged with powerful energy that can at times be uncomfortable. In moments I have had to reaffirm my principles and basic practices to stay in the moment as much as possible. I really enjoyed the 30 days in Dhamma Patapa aka Southeast Vipassana Center. It was easily one of the most difficult challenges and also most rewarding opportunities. The Ambii IndieGoGo Campaign was successful enabling me to fly to Hawai'i and begin creating the prototype. I have been having some of the most vivid dream guidance ever and its clear We are passing through a birthing like process as beings are coming omline or in line with the universal vibration. I am very excited about some upcoming creations and will be transferring this log to a video series. May you be filled with pure energy that flows through you into all that you do.

Wowza Year Øne/2013 was a strange journey that brought me to new horizons and into the arms of new friends. After another intense New Years, I have committed to serve for 30 Days at a Vipassana Center in Georgia. My first 10 day mediation occurred at the same center in 2011 and I am thrilled to return for three times the peace. I just launched my first ever Indie GoGo campaign for the Ambii and I am super excited to see what happens. Striving to stay balanced and love myself in Year 2(014)!

I have been going through immense personal challenges and subsequent growth as I push myself to integrate evident truths of this reality of which we are all infinitely connected to. The September Solstice and the recent Full Moon continued to bring and reflect intense energy already at a fevered intensity after the whirlwind summer months. I feel we are at a very obvious crossroads as a culture and global society that requires personal dedication to discipline from each of us as we have all chosen to be alive at this time for our own unique reasons and opportunities. Between here and the New Year, I will be refocusing my energy on myself, what I can do to improve the balance of my expressions, and what practices I give my energy to everyday. I ask you for the sacred reflection of your feedback in all that I do that the combined efforts of our perceptions may produce a balanced Self forged in our conscious awareness that we are all part of one infinite being.
