On this page, I present my basic explanation of reality. It has already been stated by many in a variety of different ways but boils down to a paradoxically simple expression:
All is One.
One What?
One ENERGY.
I know one simple fact, We, as humans and life in general, run on Energy. We express Energy through heat, movement, sound, and thought that is gained through digestion or eating. We eat plants, animals, and other living or organic matter that ultimately gets their Energy from the closest and subsequently brightest star in the sky, the Sun.
Based of this line of thought, I am going to assume the Earth has life because of Energy, visible to us as light from the Sun. Light from the Sun is the same as light from any other star, therefore one could say anything we can see in the Cosmos runs on Energy. The common building block of all that we can observe is Energy.
The Cosmos is a fundamental expression of Energy. We can observe light from stars that travels nearly unimaginable distances because it is the same light we receive and live off of on Earth. We, like the Cosmos, are expressions of Energy on the canvas of space.
